The mustard seed is tiny, yet when it grows in good soil it becomes a large shrub, to which birds can come to find shelter to build their nests. The kingdom of God is like a tiny seed within us, yet if we allow it to grow by doing things that are pleasing to God, then people will see that we are truly witnesses to Christ. It is God who gives the increase, for which we give thanks.
